BRISBANE power couple Thessy and Georgio Batsinilas have finished building their Greek-inspired dream home in the city’s south.

But the co-founder of fashion label to the stars, Sabo Skirt, and her husband, who is the co-owner of gym and online fitness business, FitazFk, won’t be moving in until September when they return from a trip to Greece.

Batsinilas, also known as Thessy K, has been documenting the building of the home, named Grece, on social media.

The elevated 600 sq m block is in one of the suburb’s most prestigious streets, offering spectacular city views.

The modern, mediterranean style home was designed by Esat Design and built by Batspac.

Think sleek curves and dramatic archways, rustic timber, white render, travertine, and lots of natural light.

The living spaces are minimal and contemporary, and envelop a small courtyard paved in cobblestones, surrounding a central olive tree and framed by arches to create a textural aesthetic.
