A picture-perfect Hamptons-style home that Queensland internet stars Chloe Szepanowski, 24, and Mitchell Orval, 26, added almost $1m in value to is open for inspection.
The Gen Z couple, who have close to 900,000 Instagram followers combined, had lived in the property for almost a year and upgraded it to their dream home after buying it for $1.85m in February 2021.
Ms Szepanowski grew up in South East Queensland before bursting onto the social media scene, to now have over 650,000 followers on Instagram and over 198,000 YouTube subscribers. Mr Orval created popular YouTube channel Angry Dad with his brother Dylan based around pranks played on their father former Collingwood player Mark Orval. Angry Dad has over 265,000 YouTube subscribers and has been running since 2015.

The Broadbeach Waters property was their dream home before they decided to take a break from the public eye for a short stint, selling the house for $2.75m.

The property which sits on a 607sq m block is open for private inspections midweek via Kollosche real estate agents Michael Kollosche and Marco De Vincentiis – and will sell via auction at midday on Friday August 11.
“Beautifully renovated by previous owners, the 1980s residence is of quality suspended concrete slab construction and is packed with character features. VJ walls and ceilings, French-style awnings and doors, and plantation shutters are set against a contemporary monochrome palette,” the real estate listing said.
