Gen Z couple Chloe Szep and Mitch Orval’s home back for sale

Popular social media influencers Chloe Szepanowski and Mitch Orval with one of their two children.

A picture-perfect Hamptons-style home that Queensland internet stars Chloe Szepanowski, 24, and Mitchell Orval, 26, added almost $1m in value to is open for inspection.

The Gen Z couple, who have close to 900,000 Instagram followers combined, had lived in the property for almost a year and upgraded it to their dream home after buying it for $1.85m in February 2021.

Ms Szepanowski grew up in South East Queensland before bursting onto the social media scene, to now have over 650,000 followers on Instagram and over 198,000 YouTube subscribers. Mr Orval created popular YouTube channel Angry Dad with his brother Dylan based around pranks played on their father former Collingwood player Mark Orval. Angry Dad has over 265,000 YouTube subscribers and has been running since 2015.

A coastal palette and large voids help add lightness across the open living space.

The Broadbeach Waters five bedroom house is open for private inspection via Kollosche and will go to auction at midday on Friday August 11.

The Broadbeach Waters property was their dream home before they decided to take a break from the public eye for a short stint, selling the house for $2.75m.

The couple, who have two children, had showcased the five bedroom, four bathroom, two car garage Hamptons-style masterpiece across many of their Instagram and internet posts.

The property which sits on a 607sq m block is open for private inspections midweek via Kollosche real estate agents Michael Kollosche and Marco De Vincentiis – and will sell via auction at midday on Friday August 11.

The property is on one of the most coveted streets on the Gold Coast, opposite parkland.

The home was built in the 1980s and upgraded during the Gen Z couple’s time at the property.
